Because we purpose to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the information that is the output of the process activities obtained as a result of the existing QMS (Quality Management System) and FSMS (Food Safety Management System) requirements, legal conditions and documented information defining customer requirements.
In this direction, we commit to,
- To protect all physical and electronic information assets,
- To carry out information and information security requirements in line with our corporate objectives,
- With the participation of all process owners and relevant parties, to employ competent personnel in this field and to raise awareness of our employees through trainings on the importance of ISMS activities,
- To be ahead of our competitors in the sector by reaching the Authorized Economic Operator Status (AEOS) of the Ministry of Commerce based on ISMS,
- To provide all necessary resources (financing, equipment, infrastructure and personnel) for these studies,
- Business continuity and emergency plans, data backup procedures, avoidance of viruses and hackers, access control systems and information security breach notification are the cornerstones of our basic activities,
- To provide secure access to the information of our customers and personnel by eliminating the vulnerabilities and threats obtained as a result of the risk assessments,
- To take up-to-date action by evaluating the applicable conditions regarding information security and the risks and opportunities brought by these conditions,
And to review and update this policy at least once a year, or in case of significant changes regarding our company, immediately with the participation of management and unit responsibles, in order to ensure its suitability, accuracy and effectiveness.
